I thought the drive thru lady wasn't at all helpful I was going to try to do the app without success she was snippy with me... they messed up my order and then instead of updating it she said I need to go back through the drive thru again Actually thisis the second time this same lady was I feel rude. I go every morning to get my coffee most of the time I have my dogs with me. They're little Pomeranians. This morning The lady... on the window said oh I hate ( that dog ) when she sees my dog on my lap waiting for his treat as usual. I asked her, excuse medid you just say I hate that dog to my dog. She said yes I don't like dogs. They scared me period!!!! With an attitude. Iunderstand that some people don't like dogs but what I don't understand that she said (I hate) to a pet owner. 5 stars because both the lady on the intercom and the 2nd lady at the window were very friendly and pleasant. When ordering The... Bagel Bites for my first time the lady helped clarify and get me my correct order with how many and what types. I assumed thatthey were only individually sold but it was happy that she let me know they came in at three pack and she also asked me if Iwanted just one kind or to mix-and-match which I appreciated her doing. They had everything in stock unlike other locations. This was my 1st time at this location. I found it from searching near by tim hortons while running errands. I would definitelygo there again. Highly dont recommend, I?d rather starve and keep my $15, then wait it on raw bagels Ordered a everything bagel toasted with... cream cheese and they most have put it in a microwave for 10 seconds and layed it on the cream cheese.
