Got my simple order wrong after repeating it back to me multiple times. Left things out and I am very frustrated.
Really fast drive thru and they make the drinks very well. 5 stars!

HUGE shout out to the team at the store about 145pm today. My muffler FELL OFF while in the drive through. This left me waiting... in the parking lot for a tow and initially unable to grab my food. Once I was able to go in and grab my meal, the staff was justvery kind and compassionate. They wished me luck and didn't hesitate with the key when I needed to use the restroom some timelater. I just wanted to make sure they received the recognition because I TREMENDOUSLY appreciate the general kindness. Read more
This happens constantly, however, I just let it go! Not anymore! When customers order Boston Creme Donuts, why would ANYONE cram... 3 donuts in your tiny bags??? The worst is the person that gets the one on the bottom! Not hard to guess where the frosting iswhen the donut is face down on bottom of bag??? Stuck! So.....the donut comes out with the creme all over your hand and the reststuck to the bag. Not even edible. BIG SUGGESTION: Use a little larger bag or maybe split them up in 2 bags? I called to speakto an employee, so it stops happening to all, and your calls are not put through. Busy? 1 car ahead of me MOST of the time. Iguess "just cannot be bothered." Pandemic times are hard for all businesses, however, some employee teams are aiming to please.This is a normal request. Would you want to eat the bag instead of the donut? Not me. They are so much better than Dunkin Donuts! It's much cozier inside. Their donuts and bagels are awesome and their cappuccinos!... Staff is wonderful at the Tim Horton's we've been to. Read more
The last three times I've got a vanilla dip donut from here it tasted awful and had to spit it out. It tasted like vomit and... left lingering taste in mouth. I can't be only one who thinks this lately. Read more
