Just tried to get a pizza here, was told to wait (3 other customers were in the store all waiting without being helped) after 15... minutes of waiting the worker came up and asked what I wanted (one hot and ready) and was told it would be another 15 minutes,and he asked ?got the time?? Had a take out last night, the pizzas were not ready when I asked which is fine but the way the employees acted to each other... (yelling and screaming back forth at one another) and acted when speaking to customers was completely inappropriate. Read more
I came in about 20 minutes before close and was immediately kicked out by the manager. ?We don?t have nothing. Go home.? She... told me while literally shooing me out of the building. A simple ?oh I?m sorry we?re closing.? would have been fine. As someonewho works in customer service, her behavior was completely unacceptable and left a bad taste in my mouth. Legitimately the worst experience I've ever had. Told me 35 minutes was what I was told to get my order wait for an hour and... half at the store only to receive my pizzas that were completely uncooked in tge middle didn't even eat it through it awaybecause it was that ???????? Read more
Food is decent. Service could be better. But the one thing that got to me was I ordered some strombolis and they messed up one... completely and later we found out that the sausage we got wasn't sausage. It was chicken seasoned like their Italian sausage. Itwas gross af. Note that in pictures that it was supposed to be bacon, onion and banana pepper. And this is what I got. First off let?s start with The manager is very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all! She needs to find something else to... do for a living. Now the real problem. I Got a remake pizza because the one they served me was blown out in the middle and paperthin and had no cheese or toppings in the middle. Now I get a pizza, looks fine. Would give this place a zero if possible! I called ahead to get a fresh hot and ready and bread sticks. Upon my arrival I was... given an old pizza that was overcooked and looked horrible! I also received sauce for my bread sticks that was clumpy and andlooked disgusting. I will not return and would HIGHLY recommend saving your money and not go there! Read more
This place need some workers and some management there has never been a time where I didn't have to wait . Which I'm fine with... if my food is hot. But if seem to be happening more so I decided to call my order in ahead of time he said half hour which wasperfect. After arriving there I was told 15 mins no issue sit down and waited ask the gentleman at the counter if I could paywhile I wait he said yes let me finish this up so I waited after 25 mins passed I asked the gentlemen we're my food was and howlong was left? I was told it was just getting out of the oven after waiting a half hour than over another 1 hour and 15 mins ieven called ahead.
