Subway is usually a good franchise no matter what town you visit; however, some stores are better than others. The store in... Clio, Michigan is an excellent representation of what Subway restaurants should be! The store is clean and was attractivelydecorated for Halloween. The food was fresh and of great quality. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, efficient, andthorough! There were 3 young men running the store, and they were all great! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone! Read more

I have always had good, attentive service here. The staff listens to the customer and prepares delicious sandwiches per the... customer's directions. The meats and vegetables are fresh. The fountain drinks are well mixed. I prefer Dr. Pepper and this isone of the few restaurants I can spend on to get the mix of syrup and carbonated water right. The restaurant is clean and hassufficient seating for dining in. The restrooms are clean. The staff decorates the premises for each season or holiday. Read more

Quality was good, service was very good, and despite being quite busy. I got in during a relative lull, but as I sat eating in... the VERY clean dining room (in spite of the business), I watched the employees calmly handle an absolute rush, dealing withspecial requests (includong adjusting cook times for pizza, which i didnt know they wou)d do for you), and still keeping theline moving. The quality and freshness was on par with Subway as a whole. They did run out of wheat bread, I believe, but morewas already cooking. Read more

Disgraceful and a waste of my time and money. First off the website to order from wants to force honey mustard on you if you... want any mustard so I was forced to leave it off and apply my own mustard at home. Then when I actually get my sub unwrapped athome it's the wrong bread which changes the entire flavor of the sub and it tastes like black olives which I definitely did notwant. So now I've paid 8 dollars and tax for something that I only got a couple bites into before deciding this garbage isn'teven worth eating. Congrats! I'm never coming back. I don't have time to babysit. Make what people ask for and if you mess up,start over. Do better for those that do risk coming to your establishment Read more

Subway has been a go-to meal for me for a long time. Unfortunately though, this particular Subway has gone downhill in quality... over the past few years. I'm sure at least part of that is fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic, but where other localrestaurants have recovered and provide great service, this Subway seems to always leave us disappointed. We've ordered deliverya few times and while being limited to bottled drinks is completely fine, each time we've received our orders over the past fewmonths, the bottles drinks were months past expiration and occasionally were completely void of carbonation despite being sealedwhen they arrived. The sandwich ingredient quality remains pretty consistent, but there seems to be something wrong each timewe order. For our last visit, they were out of onions. Not a major issue, but when compounded with all of the other thingsthat have gone wrong every time we order food, we always find ourselves asking why we continue to come back hoping for betterresults. If you go in to get your drinks and all of the toppings you want are available, you'll most likely leave satisfied,but that just hasn't been the case for us in the half dozen times we've ordered over the last several months.
