Horrible experience here as I stopped by to pick up an order to go. The black lady was friendly and asked the name. I waited... patiently for 15 min as a half dozen people came, had their sandwiches made and left. I was just me standing there again waitingfor just a couple of sandwiches. I tried asking the short white stocky gal about my order and was just ignored. I raised myvoice to get her attention again and different lady came out with a clipboard who appeared to be the manager. She said ?Can Ihelp you??? I told her was not to happy about the way I was treated and waiting forever for a small order? also I?m about tojust leave, and she said ?Well Just Leave Then!!? Fine?. This place has great bagels. They have a nice Selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads. I haven?t noticed any dairy free or... gluten free for those with sensitive diets, you may have to ask if they have those options. We?ve come here for years forbagels. The restrooms could use some attention, yet it is lunch time and it was busy. They are short staffed like everybody elsein business, so if you complain, then grab an application and turn it in. Worst Bruegger's Bagels experience my cousin and I have ever had. Before, it was very good but this time it is very low quality.... It wasn't busy. The workers were very rude and impatient. Many ingredients weren't available. Almost every topping seems like ithas an upcharge. Would not reccomend, better off going somewhere else for your money and with better service. Read more
I don't know WHAT to say. I went there last Saturday around 10am and they were closed! No sign, nothing. I went back Sunday and... the line was LONG! They only had 1 person taking counter orders and 2 making up the mobile orders. I was in line for over a halfan hour. I'm giving them 5 stars, because they stated professional, friendly, and made sure my order was correct! I willdefinitely go back!! Read more
I normally like the bagel sandwiches, but will not be returning. Staff seemed to be distracted doing other things in the back.... When I got home with the sandwiches for both my husband and I, and was halfway through my sandwich, I noticed the egg had somegreen coloring on it. I threw it away. Not sure if it was the egg or something else within the sandwich, but we?ve been dealingwith stomach issues all day. Read more
