First trip here and looking for a great buffet for Chinese food. The service was outstanding, fast and friendly bringing drinks... and clearing plates. There was a tremendous selection of dishes that were full and hot. Sushi, soups, Chinese, Mongolian andAmerican selections in abundance. Went in today to get Togo, usually we sit down and eat but I have a new born and we were craving it so we stopped in to do Togo.... It use to be $8 or so for a box when we did it before this time we went in and the lady gave me a box when I went up to pay theyscale it and charge you $8 for a pound… tried to charge me $20 for the box. I would of been better off staying and eatingthere when to sit down it’s $14 and I can eat way more… don’t think they understand their pricing. Everything was lovely! The food was absolutely amazing! They had a good variety of seafood, like whole salmon which tasted... incredible! The staff was top notch, and our waitress was very sweet and very attentive to our needs. While were eating she cameover and took our tea pot and refilled our glasses. The evening was a total hit! I've been frequenting this location for years, it's not the fanciest place but the foods always been good. The trip today was... the opposite. The water was basically undrinkable and smelled awful, the food was about normal but when I got dessert there washair in the pudding. So that's not great, then when I went to pay I normally just go to the counter however this time a persontook my card up for me, not a big deal, but when they came back they kept pointing at the tip area. I normally tip very well atother locations but this is a buffet, so I just politely said no, and was again shown the receipt and had the tip spot pointedout to me. Your water is undrinkable and there was hair in your food, if anything you should have given me a refund. I marked 0in the tip column and walked out. Read more

I've been living in Iowa for about 2 months now and already gone to quite a few buffets and Asian/Chinese restaurants. This was... the best buffet experience I've had so far in this state, I went right at opening time for lunch with my girlfriend and for theboth of us to eat with drinks it came out to $21 or so. There was sushi, tons of seafood options which was Great !!!! Notsomething I was used to seeing in buffets, overall there was a large amount of choices , all of the items I chose tasted verygood ! Most importantly the seafood didn't taste " old or bad " which is a big thing when you eat seafood on a daily basis Theonly thing I can say is not all the food was hot which was the only shame about this place :/ but I'm still going to rate thisplace 5/5 because all the other buffets I've been to had pretty cold food as well -_- ! If the owner of this place sees thisreview I highly suggest keeping the steam tables ON, or at the least making sure the hot food stays HOT, that would set youapart from other buffets in the same price range As for the staff , WOW ! they were very kind, respectful and I DIDN'T feelrushed to get out like I have been in other buffets which is a disgusting thing for the workers to do to patrons, The staff atthis place say thank you, have an amazing day and treat you the way you should be ! I enjoyed the majority of the things I had, but was disappointed with some of the fried dishes, especially the coconut shrimp.... It was either cooked too long and was mushy because of that, or it wasn't fried at a hot enough temp, unsure which. If the frieddishes were crispy and had the right texture, I'd give it 5 stars.
