Very good wine

I really enjoy seeing the positive comments, as a server at Cooper's Hawk has been nothing but positive. The training was so fun... and so informative of not just the food the wine too!! There is so much knowledge to be gained. It is honestly exciting to cometo work everyday, and I genuinely look forward to it! Soft opening was such a great way to get some anxiety out of the way withbeing so fresh with information. This first week has been awesome, the atmosphere and corporate coopers is the most friendly andfamily oriented employer that I have ever worked for. I'm especially happy Cooper's Hawk is herel! So my experience started with being brought into the dining room, even though I made my reservation for the bar. We were sat at... 315, I think there was a mix up with the waiter, we sat for 10 minutes before I asked where our waiter was. The food wasoutstanding, service, not so much. Had to ask when our wine would be arriving after our server disappeared. We had the Thailettuce wrap and a flatbread, outstanding. Had to ask 2 different people if we could get out check. Outstanding service and food. We had the Old Vine Zin and it was perfect. The Ahi Tuna and pasta dish were both delicious.

We had an amazing night at Coopers Hawk! We came a little before our reservation and did the wine tasting which was worth it and... everyone was super helpful with recommendations. We had the drunken shrimp and sausage flatbread for appetizers which werereally good. All of our entrees were great. We visited during the soft opening so we had limited menus but I know they have alarge menu with something for everyone. The s’mores dessert was the best dessert I’ve ever had in my life. Read more
