This place is good but the employee's there on the day I went were gross. They were coughing and didn't cover their mouths.... Sandwich was made incorrect. Guy looked at me like why are you complaining? Just weird. If I went back and those guys were thereI would leave. Read more

Took 45 mins to receive my food, and only ordered one meal. (Sandwich, chips, drink). I got no napkins, no Mayo packets, or even... a straw. When I got my food, the bag looked liked someone dropped kicked it. And my pop is watered down and isn?t even the rightpop. Definitely won?t be ordering again. Read more

Not freaky fast. They were actually really slow. I ordered a veggie with no cheese, no lettuce and no mayo. I got all 3 of them... on my sandwich. I also said extra tomato, instead I got no tomatoes. On the plus side, it was all fresh and looked good. Ittasted good too just not at all like what I ordered. Read more

Normally I?m not a person to complain- but it wasn?t even really that busy and I?m not happy with my service. I ordered a plain... turkey slim, and they gave me a #4. I didn?t think to ask because I don?t have much time for lunch. Get back to work and theygave me the wrong order. The person who helped me didn?t even say thank you. Not great service- not planning on returning whichis a shame because I do like Jimmy Johns. Read more

Worst Jimmy John's experience ever. We ordered sandwiches for the office and after clicking delivery online, entering our... address and making sure it still said delivery when we ordered their system switched it to pick up on our receipt. After westarted to wonder what was taking so long we looked at the receipt and saw they switched our order to pick up instead ofdelivery. When we called to tell them and get it fixed they told us it cost more to get it delivered and they'd have tocompletely remake all of our sandwiches in order to deliver them. We had to have to have someone miss work in order to go pickup the order from the most unhelpful employees. Then when she picked it up and told them their website needs fixed the workerjust said 'well I don't know". NOT helpful whatsoever. Fix your bugs and next time have a little bit better customer service.I've been in customer service for 10 years and the first rule of working with a customer is that you work to fix the problem notcreate a bigger one and piss the customer off. There's quite a few of us here and none of us will come back here. Read more
