The food is decent. Servers are nice and friendly. But the Boomarita cocktail is a must try: It has the flavors of mango,... blackberry, watermelon and a house margarita. Blackberry flavor is esp cool. They steaks are pretty good if you?re a steaklover. Read more

Service was great and food was well seasoned. 2/3 steaks were cooked perfectly! They did a good job with those. But the most... expensive one, the bone in rib-eye, was order medium rare and served medium well (in other areas, it was even well done). Andthe bone was taken out of the cut. The food and service was great! Also the manager had a stellar attitude. If I wasn't a customer I would want to be an employee.... We decided last minute to eat here last night. We were quoted 25 minutes wait, which we thought was reasonable for Saturday... night so we waited. We were sat in the bar within 15 minutes and John was our server. He was great! He is very personable andprompt. Service is big part of going out to eat for us as well as the food! He fully delivers! Bloomin' Shrimp were great, along with the Bloomin' Onion. Both a great value for the amount you get. $3.25 for a flat Coke, so... make sure you drink plenty of it to get your money's worth, or request it be taken off your bill when you first try it and seehow bad it is. Ribs are decent for a "plain-style" of rib choice. Nothing like a traditional BBQ type that you would usuallyexpect, even with the BBQ sauce they serve with it. I say "decent" just because they were edible, but in all honesty I wouldnot ever order them again and I suggest you don't waste your money on them here. If you want ribs, go to a a place known fortheir ribs. Rice was fair. I like "Mexican" style rice, so this review may be a little bias, as it was a little to bland for myliking. Mashed potatoes were really good. Service was great. 2 appetizers and 3 meals for 3 people with no alcoholic drinks andno desserts, came to a total of $120. In my opinion it was over priced, but my meal selection could have been better, and theservice was good, so I will definitely be back to try it again sometime, maybe not as soon as I would have expected.
