Food was very good, the delivery time was very lengthy but, due to worker?s shortage and such. Worth the wait. Took a very long... time, maybe if a restaurant is super busy or low on workers, letting the customer know that the delivery will be tardy would goa long way. It?s about setting expectations. The food is great, this time the delivery was extended so that was a bummer. If arestaurant has great food. Extended delivery times are acceptable as long as the customer knows. It?s not like just because thedelivery time is extended a customer is going to go somewhere else. If they do, they you don?t want them as a customer. Just behonest and let us know it?s going to take awhile, just be honest and say we?re not going to sacrifice quality just to get theorder out the door. And we?re short on delivery drivers. So, ordered 2 hours ago, order still not here. Been in the oven the past hour. This is the second time in the 3 weeks. So, while... their food is good. Their service is horrible. If you want to wait an eternity go for it, and starve. This place is ajoke? UPDATE: The food was delicious, hunger pangs weighed in on my previous post. Waiting such a long time is frustrating.But, the owner?s response was timely and spot on. With most all establishments facing a worker?s and delivery shortage in thisday and age. It may take more time to get your delivery. Maybe if a restaurant is slammed they could do a bit better letting thecustomers know. They have our contact information and expectations are everything. Knowing your slammed and deliveries arerunning late would go a long way to raising a customers experience. Just a thought. Delicious! We are from out of town and just wanted a good cheese pizza delivered to our hotel. They were fast and friendly? $18... for a medium extra cheese but it was worth every single penny. Absolutely amazing. And the sauce that came with it, some kind ofjalapeño ranch, sooooo good!!! Wish I had a Sarpinos at home! Thanks!!! Read more
Order a all meat pizza on half and add black olives on just half at 4:35 P.M. when I got it no olives so I call gentlemen puts... me on hold and ask cook he comes back to phone and said cook remembered he put olives on half I said I can send you picturethere is no olives then puts me on hold lady comes on says can I help you so I explain again she goes all I can do is make youanother one I say ok so 58 minutes later 1hr and 52 minutes from original order they bring 2 ND pizza and says sorry new helpmade it sound like I was invonviencing them. So I am going to help them out and never order from them again. Pretty patheticservice to say the least.I tried to give 0 stars it would not let me. Calzone was loaded with meat, cheese and peppers ????. Jalapeños poppers were stuffed with ricotta cheese, amazing ????. ... Buffalo wings were dry, barely had any sauce on them. Hence the 4 stars. I like my Buffalo wings wet. Would definitely orderfrom here again. Read more
Though we?ve had good pizza here before, they really messed up tonight. They delivered our original order to the wrong address.... We were sympathetic when they called to explain. But they made no effort to make up for the now 30 minute delay. We asked forsome wings for our inconvenience and all they could offer was cheesy bread. We were disappointed but agreed. Over an hour laterwe had to call again because no pizza. Pizza finally arrived 2.5 hours after online order was placed and the order wasincomplete, cold, and no cheesy bread. We called back hangry and instead of apologizing the manager had attitude on the phoneinsulting me though he did refund the cost before hanging up on me. Seriously. Ridiculous! Read more
