Of the last 3 times I've been here, twice, my drink was made wrong, and the 3rd time I waited at the pick up counter for my... mobile order and was actively ignored by the two people making drinks. One looked up and made eye contact, but never said aword. I only knew my coffee was ready because I heard someone around the bar ask about my drink sitting there. Read more
Staff is always really friendly and line always seems to move fairly quickly despite being busy most of the time.
I wish I could give this Starbucks 100/10. I have no clue what they are doing to staff the nicest people in the Des Moines... metro, but their employees knock it out of the park every single day! This place always has a huge line in the morning, and I amalways through the drive thru in under 10 minutes. Not only that, but the staff takes the time to smile, laugh, and justgenerally have fun as I?m making my order. How they achieve speed with a personal touch is just amazing. If I ever know I?mgoing to have a long day at work, I stop here first for a little smile with my coffee. Thanks staff members! You guys are theabsolute BEST! Read more
This is ultimately the best Starbucks ever. The staff is always kind and patient. I have terrible social anxiety and I always... feel so comfortable and welcomed by the staff here. My new job is closer to another location but I go out of my way to come tothis one because of the wonderful staff. Read more

Found a napkin at the bottom of my coffee cup. NOTE: THIS IS NOT STAGED! TOTALLY DISGUSTING! Who knows what was on that napkin... that would have gotten in my coffee and now in my stomach. WHAT THE HECK STARBUCKS!!!! I have been very patient with this storeas I have had to revisited them on 4 different occasions over the last 2 months as they didn't make my coffee correct, now this!This definitely crosses the line, GOODBYE STARBUCKS, you're not the only gourmet coffee shop in town. The drinks are great, but like most food service businesses its not always consistent. Drink was good but less than 2/3rds full,... which tends to happen when they're busy, but It's always busy because its Starbucks! Read more
