Whoever answered the phone today when I was letting them know about a missing item in my order. (It was sealed and taped up so... its not the drivers fault) was rude and unapologetic. Her attitude wasn't great. I work in a very similar atmosphere and dealwith this kind of thing everyday and I 100% know how it works. Had to call twice after being hung up on. (No I wasn't rude) whenyou mess up take accountability. No need to be rude. Read more

Skip this location and go to the Windsor Heights one instead. Trust me, it's worth it. Took 20 minutes just to get through the... drive thru. They handed me a lukewarm drink (it's suppose to be iced) that contained barely any coffee. It was 90% milk andapple syrup. Read more
Not enough staff so no one to wipe tables. The bathroom lick did not work in a single stool bathroom. Acoustics are the worst... as I could hear every word others said even though I am hard of hearing. No glides on chair legs so they screech when moved. Gave two stars as the muffin and coffee was great like always. Read more
Would not recommend this location. The attitudes here are ridiculous. When asked to remake a drink, they refused. At that time... they weren?t busy. They could have remade it. It?s about satisfying the customer. Not them being lazy and standing on theirphones. Read more
