Recommended by the owner of Silver Rose Fashion, we decided to give Pedro?s a try. We were certainly not disappointed! Very... clean. Friendly staff. Impressive food turn out time! We tried the Chimichanga Mazatlan, the Chile Relleno plate and the Lindospecial. Everything was great (the chimichanga was my personal favorite). Fresh chips and salsa were served immediately afterbeing seated. Very generous portions The front patio wasn?t open when we were there but it looks like it would be a fantasticSummer option. My husband and I received a treat today...the food and staff were fantastic....We both ordered LINDO SPECIAL....Fantastic ...3... colors of Bell peppers, beef, chicken, shrimp, onions, mushrooms, queso sauce...each bite was tantalizing...very busy.... Aheated bin holds the nacho chips, and the salsa is kept chilled nearby...The kitchen had many tickets in the wheel and they werecoming off fast...there is a Cantino in the recently moved restaurant....the only low point was the small parking lot that needssome work ..many patrons park on various streets and lots. OftenDining is the online service that manages their orders - placed order at 6:15pm on mother?s day because the phone was taken... off the hook - system showed a pick up time of 6:45pm - arrived at 6:54pm to pick up order and system showed a pick up time of7:45pm - many other customers were complaining about the same issue - ONLINE ORDERS MUST BE TRACKED AND MANAGED BY A LIVE PERSONIN REAL TIME or you will continue to have this issue. This place was highly recommended to us by a few people so I'm sure others have had a much more positive experience than we did.... I'm also willing to bet that my review alone will not deter someone from going, but it's worth mentioning so that people can getan idea of how it can go here. Especially with a large group of people. They did a great job at preparing adequate seating forus on a busy Saturday night. We were seated quickly but no one came to take our order for a very very long time. This isunderstandable because the place was packed but we watched other large groups of people come in at least 20 minutes after us,order their food and get their food while we were still waiting. And we waited and waited while we watched other people come inand sit down and get their food as well. I'm aware that serving any large group of people is challenging but it could have beenhandled better. For example, no one ever apologized to us for the unreasonably long wait times, the mix up with the food orders,forgetting to bring some of the meal orders out or not knowing what people ordered when it was time to ring up our bills. Any ofthis could have been communicated to us better by saying I'm sorry for the wait it explaining to us why things were not goingright. On a higher note, the food was decent and very presentable when served. The ambiance was also satisfactory.Unfortunately, the service and lack of communication ruined it for our group.
