Good.
Nice ice cream, but way too sweet..
If I could a NEGATIVE RATING I would. My Grandson wanted a birthday cake that had CAKE in it. My daughter called to order his... cake. She was told she needed to order the cake. This is NOT easy for some one who works full time and has limited spare time. When I got to the CLOSTER NJ location, I gave the older man my daughters name and waited for the birthday cake to appear. Aftermuch confusion, I was told they did not have the cake. At that point, I suggested they check the display case and rear freezerfor the cake, which neither suggestion were worked on. Frustrated, I drove to the EMERSON NJ DAIRY QUEEN and had them put"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDREW" on a cake from their display case. After all this, we were called by the BASKIN-ROBINS, sayiny theyFOUND the Birthday Cake. If you want NOT to be disappointed with getting a special cake, BUY IT ANY WHERE ELSE. Read more
No sitting area no quality
Standing waiting to be helped but a kid named Danny is finding everything else to do but help customers!!!
Terrible customer service! Was just there with my little girls (4 yrs old). One of them couldn?t decide between two flavors and... I asked if she could taste one. The person refused! I don?t know any ice cream shop that doesn?t allow someone to taste a sampleof they?re trying to decide. Especially for a kid. I tried to reason with them but they wanted to stick to some new policy.Never going there again! There are better ice cream stores nearby than this dying chain, with bad owners. Hope others willfollow and stop giving business to people who just want your money and don?t care about their customers. Read more
