I have ordered through Grubub for a delivery. When Grubhub delivery driver went to pick up the order, they would not release the... order to the driver. The employee of store did not know the process and had take 6 different phone calls in order to release theorder the delivery driver. It should not be this difficult to order through online. They must have changed the recipe recently, bc this does not taste the same as the one's I've ordered from Pal park or Old... Tappan. It has become a LOT more crispy, which makes it very greasy and meatless. My sister was starving before the meal, butcould not get through half her meal bc it was too nauseating for her. The pricing structure also changed. They won't allow youto split flavors, meaning get two different flavors if you order a big box. :( Two stars for the flavor though. Ordered original wings, secret spicy, soy garlic and gangnam style wings along with Ddukbokki. My family liked the original and... secret spicy flavors the most. Their ddukbokki was good but a bit too spicy for me. Will order again and try different flavors. Read more
The workers here are always very friendly and make sure to include all the condiments I will need with my order. Usually i... wouldn't order fried food for take out because it's best fresh but the fried chicken & fries are crunchy when i bring them home. Read more
I had high expectations. They were met. I tried three different wing flavors, all were delicious. Could use a little more... spice overall but the hi-power spice that I prefer isn't to everyone's liking. Place is clean and bright and the staff arefriendly. This is the best chicken wings I've had! The way it was described was the same way it came. Crunch on the outside and juicy... white meat in the inside with a hint of spice ( regular chicken wings) . My daughter who is 3 wouldn't let go of her chickenbone. Definitely recommend! Read more
Tastes changed since late Sept. the oil that use to fry the chicken has smells and bit off since.
