Went there today with a friend. We both got Whoppers that were cold. Not just the lettuce and tomato, the meat was cold. The... cheese was cold. The manager said he would ?heat it up? but that the bun would get soggy. I remember when you got a hot burgeroff the grill made to order. When was that burger made? Was it in the fridge? I?m in my 60s and have never, not one time, gottencold food at a fast food restaurant. Never again. Lost me for good. Read more
Went there after a doctor's appointment for my mom. We haven't been there for such a long time we were excited to go. ... Unfortunately it wasn't good. The food was barely warm the fries were soggy and the service was just okay. We each got a burger 1 large fry and 2 small sodas. Wopper and double cheese burger and the bill was just shy of $23. Expensive and verydisappointing we will not be going back anytime soon. Read more

It's Burger King. I only come when there's a good 2 for $X deal. I've only ever had my order messed up once which is good odds.... I order lunch during breakfast hours and they're very quick to make it. Keep up your good work Read more
Horrible experience, i ordered $60 of food I asked the Asian person (who happens to be the manager) for zesty sauce and he... flipped out saying i only ordered 1 onion rings so he wasn't able to give me more sauce, but mind you i placed 3 order ofnuggets which comes with sauces. He was so caught up in NOT giving me the sauce that he forgot to give me the chicken sandwich iordered. Mind you this location is in Closter and i live in Englewood. So yeah it was a good 15 minutes away. I will never goback there, I recommend you to stay away also. Read more
I ordered an impossible whopper and tasted very burnt. Afterwards, I found what could either be a net string or hair on my... fries. Unbelievable. Especially during this time of COVID and the one time I decide to order Burger King. Read more
I am so incredibly disappointed with this location. Due to being quarantined with a 2 year old, being pregnant and working from... home, I ordered for a lunch delivery. The delivery came and one of the drinks were wrong.No big deal. Then we found a HAIR inone of the sandwiches. I get it, things happen. What upset me was when I called them, they were not apologetic or helpful. Allthey said was that they check the orders and that I was wrong.
