I am a big supporter of Starbucks and have been to many. However, The Closter Reserve is my favorite. The drinks are made to... perfection, and they have a unique reserve menu. The people are always friendly, and the dining area is modern yet cozy, and agreat place to sit and people-watch. Clean, well run, and consistent with excellent service and products. I don?t know where to begin, Marisa has to get a life. She comes in and works when she?s not scheduled, thinks she?s better than... others but she?s just another weird uncultured white person. To add on new transfers come and act as if they are managers,marissa influence this team in a negative way, there are many great people in this store who I see regularly and I would hate towork with a manager like this. Only Starbucks reserve in New Jersey staff is friendly and the cold brew malt is absolutely amazing also the cups are reusable!
Very cool spot. Nice to have a reserve in Bergen county. There are special drinks exclusive to the store and then the usual... drinks seen at other locations. The large chalkboard behind the baristas explains some of the reserve coffees and the overallatmosphere is refined, relaxed, and welcoming. Definitely a great spot and the baristas deserve recognition for their politenessand willingness to help. Read more
While the product was good, the service was impacted by the number of 10 to 12 year olds in the store. The 25 or 30 of them... impacted the staffs ability to service all of their customers. Stay away from 3:30 to 5:00. Read more
Gorgeously decorated store. They have setup two separate lines for in store order and online pick up. One of the sitting corner... is open for public. They also have few outdoor seating booth. Unfortunately, the Chocolate chip Frappuccino was so watery. Don'tremember when was the last time I had such bad drink from Starbucks. Hopefully it's a one of case and not a frequent occurrence. Although small compared to NYCs location, this location offers different sitting areas. Love to sit by the bar area, outside or... if by myself l prefer the couche area. Busy but quiet, perfect to work, read and study. Lucky to have this location so close tohome ? Read more
