There is no way these reviews are real. I went today at 12 and they were solid out of everything besides like 5 types of bagels... and random odd and ins. We got a cinnamon roll and he asked if I wanted it toasted I said yes. Somehow it came out burnt but theicing not melted and frozen in the middle. I take it to be reheated and both guys touch it in the middle and then ?reheat? itand give it back to me. So now I?m expected to eat something they touched which isn?t surprising when they have a bucket ofunwrapped straws for you to use. I get the cinnamon roll back AND STILL FROZEN. My 2 year old liked it but to me it tasted likecardboard. I got a peach smoothies with whipped cream and they didn?t put whipped cream on either unless this white stuff on thebottom is whipped cream? Customer service 2 out of 5 stars and food quality 0. Also the place is so dirty literally felt like Iwas walking on syrup. Read more

Came to bagel boat today. I?m a regular and I don?t normal post complaints or bring them to attention but. Had about 5 people in... line including me. Took about 30 minutes to get through the line. These kids had no hustle and were just lolly gagging around.Pushing each other and goofing around with people food in their hands. I finally order and this kid has his gloves on touchingthe register THEN touches my FOOD with the same gloves. When I asked him to change them he had a snarky attitude. The ladybehind me had the same request as the girl whom took her order did the same thing. She too also said something and they justhuffed and rolled their eyes. Y?all need a better plan on taking care of customers. One person needs to take orders and therest make the food if they can?t be trained right and have common sense like that. And this isn?t the FIRST TIME it?s happenedAGAIN IT takes me a lot to write these things but enough is enough! Read more

I came in two weeks ago for a milkshake and they said the ice cream machine was down and they had no ice cream and couldn't make... a shake or do anything with ice cream. I understood. I went in there today (10-20-2022) for a milkshake and they said the samething. Please do your job and get it fixed. But at the same time it's fine I won't be back. They're getting to be likeMcDonald's with the ice cream machine. Good day. Read more

Coffee is good, I liked the chai latte more. Foods are nice too, I might prefer the bagels over the pastrami sandwich.

One of my favorite breakfast stop on the way to work! The folks are super nice and make you feel truly welcome. They have... unique bagel, and spread flavors. I get a dozen for the guys at work when I go. Always a hit. Read more

Best coffee? If you can taste it! My large iced caramel latte was 98% milk. It seems like they do not use more espresso in the... larger sizes, just more milk. Also the espresso was sitting at the top meaning it had not been stirred/shaken into the drink. Nocaramel to be seen anywhere in it. With a little additional effort, they could make a wonderful iced latte I?m sure. Read more

Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews along with a full parking lot on the regular. Moved to the area about a... year ago and I am also a fellow northerner so I know what a bagel should taste like. I was excited to have a bagel place soclose and they are imported from NY, sounds like a win until I ordered my first bagel. It was so hard and dense, figured itcould have been a fluke. My daughter loves croissants and they are her absolute favorite and yet couldn?t even eat half of it.Convinced the wife to give them a second chance a few weeks later. Same thing, stale tasting hard bagels. After that we gave up.Fast forward to about a year later today, wife convinced me to give them 1 more chance with this being our third attempt, another disappointment. Why are these bagels so hard and flavorless and yet people line up for them. I have no problemsupporting a local business but I rather get my bagels from the refrigerated section of the grocery store. As for the coffee,it?s ok and just coffee. Nothing mind blowing or spectacular and at the same time not sure how they got voted best coffee in thearea and yet there is only 2 breakfast restaurants that are not food chains in the area so competition is nonexistent. Almostmakes me think someone once said, hey these guys have the best coffee in the area and someone overheard and agreed and nowthey?ve officially been voted best coffee of the area. Read more
