They never have anything in the morning afternoon or evening they Always out of product since they opened we travel to Charlotte... or Rockhill 3 times a week when this one is on walking distance from our home No Coffee rolls, no apple- n-spice donuts, noApple fritters all they have is donuts with icing on them in stock all day. It?s like they make 2 of every donut and at 5:30AMall donuts should be available. I have a family of 7 and no ones donut request is available. This is the only dunkin within a 20min drive from lake wylie/clover. This is by far the worse dunkin that I have to... experience. I place mobile orders, the staff never greats customers, they are never welcoming or have nice attitudes, and ittakes forever to get someone to acknowledge your existence. They place mobile orders out of reach of customers, which would befine, but they ignore people until we have to say something. I have been there waiting and not a single person said hello orasked the name for my order. So if they don't want to talk to us then leave the mobile orders where we can grab ours. Our namesare on them when we use the app. I hate leaving bad reviews but for 3 years this has been the worse place. Rock hill leavestheir mobile orders out so you can grab and go and they always say hello. Tega cay always has a quick friendly drive thru, evengastonia staff when they were short handed and only 2 people there during a morning rush said hello and asked if we were therefor a mobile and the name. I think it's time to change ur prices on google from $ to at least $$. I always drank Carmel lattes. They're not always great... depending on who makes them. But they are ok. But with tax, it's over $13 and change for 2 mediums! My husband won't let me gothere anymore. I have been a D&D cost for 24 years! Even though the girls at the lake one are kinda rude. I can handle rude. Butdouble the prices and being rude... I have been learning to make great coffee drinks at home. Tell the people on top they arebeing a little ridiculous with pricing in poor SC. The staff was nice enough here, but the coffee tasted off. My husband and I each got a donut. They were slapped in a bag, no... paper to separate them, no napkins. I hate glaze so having my plain cruller stuck to his maple glaze ticked me off. We waited astupid amount of time for two cups of coffee while staff stood around for whoever was supposed to actually pour it into twocups. I guess if it is actually not your assigned task you just stand there while people wait with their donuts stuck together.They were all decently polite though. Read more
Went in today to meet my sister for coffee and just chat. Service was decent and food was pretty good. What made it a poor... experience is that we have to listen to employees talk very loudly across the counter about how bad of a place it was to workfor.
