Fast service. The drive thru operator was very patient with us when we had a rather large order. Cheesy Fiesta potatoes were a... little dry, but the rest of the food was great. They did a great job putting the order together and didn't miss any items. Read more

My food was presented to me horribly, with 8, 5- layers and soft tacos on top of a Mexican pizza! Also, someone needs to retrain... cashiers for happy hour. I can't pay regular price if you advertise it to be $1. Read more

The dining room was a mess, the workers didn't acknowledge you unless you pounded on the counter. They gave me someone else's... order after I told them the name I was picking up for. They are a bunch of kids working there and they don't care at all. Read more

Terrible customer service. Went to order a couple chicken quesadillas and was told that they were out of chicken. I said no... problem, would you give me the steak quesadilla at the chicken price and was told no; I had to pay more for the less-preferredproduct because of them. This is terrible service. Chicken and steak are the only two meat options for the quesadillas andsteak is only a small up-charge from the chicken. Money is not the issue, the support is. To the owner: I have the receipt andcashier?s name. Feel free to reach out. If this is corrected to my satisfaction, I will return and update my review based onthat visit. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered two power bowls, TWO nachos, four tacos, and two drinks. They got our order... correct except for the nachos. this girl at the window (wearing a Nike jacket that was way too small for her) says ?you onlypayed for 1 nacho? uh- no girl you rang us up incorrectly because we said 2, not 1. But of course you don?t care since yourcomplete lack of customer service skills shows it. We offered to pay for the nacho she forgot to ring us up for and she tells usto go back around the line for that. FIRST OF ALL HOW HARD IS IT GO GET SOME CHIPS AND THROW SOME CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM ONTHERE? L A Z Y. Second of all we already waited in line for our food for 45 minutes to begin with. Do better at your job ordon?t work there since you clearly don?t care. I called the location afterwards and they hung up since they don?t feel liketaking accountability for their faults :) trash customer service, trash employees, complete trash location. Read more
