Ordered three salads and three drinks. When the person taking the order had the attitude of us interrupting them I knew this was... about to be a bad experience. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive through (not for a lack of staffing). Once we got thebag a salad was missing. Good thing we always check our bag before leaving. We sat in the car as four staff members chatted andlaughed not doing anything but joking around and eating food not on break. This place was great! The food was amazing and everything was fresh. The white cheddar cheese bites were some of the best I have... ever had period. The women at the drive thru were very polite and patient. My drink didn't taste right and they were quick toreplace it with something new! The prices weren't bad on their meals including larger ones that two people could eat off of fora meal. Overall would recommend this place for sure! Read more
3rd time in a row they forgot my plastic fork to eat with. 2nd time that the slaw tastes so awful. The drink wasn't good either.... Like it was old or the syrup was messed up on it. They?re ALWAYS out of stuff. Long waits. Today they were out of grilled chicken. Seriously? You?re a chicken restaurant. ... Often they?re out of coleslaw or various dressings. They?ve even been out of French fries, although that was a while back, buteven so! Today I was in the car line which was not moving, for over 10 minutes. Finally parked and went inside. Last week the vegetables weren't chopped well including the lettuce and there was a whole strip of bacon that was purefat laying on the top. This week my salad was very skimpy.
