I ordered 2 McDoubles through the drive-up window with no mustard, no onions. Ketsup & pickles 8 pickle slices on each burger. I... checked the burgers before driving away... They wrote light ketsup 1 pickle slice, with onion & mustard. I had to park & makethem do the order right which wasted my time. My granddaughter refuses to eat burgers with onion & mustard. Only ketsup & atleast 8 pickle slices per burger. If you are going to take the order & repeat it back correctly, then it needs to be makecorrectly. Read more
Slow, trouble with the bill checker (operator error), forgot our burgers so had to go back, don't seem like anyone there is... happy. Its busy, I get that, so hire more people and have someone there that can correctly train the new ones. Doesnt have to bethat difficult. Read more
Store was dirty - debris all over the floors throughout the lobby. We were told we had to use the self-service kiosk, when in... fact we did not have to, and my husband and I stood fighting with the stupid kiosk until we realized that a person came upbehind the counter to take orders. Not impressed with that location. Read more
Man, where do I start! When it comes to McD, I don't expect much. We parked and used the restroom before we ate. When we came... out, there were employees yelling at us to move our car as they had a delivery (on a Friday night!), in the front of the store.We were clearly in the wrong, parking in a designated parking spot in front of the restaurant! Then we used kiosks for theorder and it took 15 minutes for food to come in this empty restaurant (on a Friday night). Cold burgers. Good luck gettingany help or attention at the counter. The kiosk gives these guys permission to ignore pretty much any customer need. Sheesh... How the clown has fallen. Read more
Nice clean McDonalds in Cloverdale. Cute seating area and pleasant employees. Love the Guava Cream Pies they have right now.... Easy parking out front and close to the 101 Freeway. Read more
It's McDonald's but the bread on the burgers was a tad bit hard. Their orange soda was really good.
