Worst Mountain Mikes pizza location ever. Received a "promise time" in the order confirmation of 6:45, didn't receive delivery... until 7:15. When we went to dish out plates, the order was wrong. When I tried to call the store (repeatedly) it went tovoicemail and said the voicemail was full. If you are in Cloverdale skip this place and go to Papas Pizza instead. Read more

tried using a gift card and it didnt work. ended up just taking it off bill, but shouldnt it work if its there gift card. girl... at register seemed bored on her phone when i walked in. had ordered ahead on web and got there right about time i chose to p/u. got home, less than 5 minutes, and pizza is old. it was sitting under heat when i paid and was just not fresh at all. evenPapa's in town would taste better under the same circumstances. might be done with this place after this time. consistantunenjoyable experiences with staff and food. yeah its food and i can eat it, but not what i expect from a pizza place. If I could give them negative stars I would. I had an issue with my online order. No big deal. Things happen. I just ask that... it be remade because it had been sitting under the heat lamps for 20 minutes. First the manager has a rude attitude. Then I goin to speak to the owner. She assures me that they are MAKING me a new pizza and that she was sorry. After she explains that theoriginal transaction was canceled she tells me they have to recharge my card. I of course verify that the original charge wascanceled. She takes another 15 minutes to cash me out. She then reaches over and grabs a box that has been sitting under thewarmer the whole time I was there. I asked her if this was the new pizza and she looked me in the eye and said yes. Of course Iknew better so I opened the box to find an old dries pizza. She still insisted it was freshly made. I am angry I had to gothrough all that because if a computer glitch but her blatant lie and assumption that I was dumber than a doornail is just toomuch. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! Great place for parties! Reserved this place for end of season soccer party. Employees very accommodating helpful and with... excellent customer service. Our party was somewhat large but that was not an issue for them they made sure pizza was out in timeand we?re constantly checking and making sure we were ok. Would definitely recommend this place for party or any gathering. It?sclean. It?s ample. It?s kid friendly. Read more
