I've ordered the same thing from there approx. 3-4 times a week for lunch. It's a surprise what's (sour cream, guacamole, black... beans, cheese, etc.) going to be in the burrito every time. They'll get it right occasionally. The tortillas are 50/50 onwhether they'll be fresh or not. Not to mention, the dining room was closed during lunch due to the number of employees. Called store at 12pm to make sure lobby was open (rarely is), they said it was. Got there, doors locked, called store 2 times... til they let us in. Food took 25 mins to get it done. And they were out of flatbread for gordita, cinnabon and there slushymachine not working. Never going back there. Got on taco bell website to leave a review and at the part where the store locationis needed, typed in cloverdale indiana and it said there was not a store there.....that's why I'm on here instead, this placesucks! Another taco bell you can't go inside. 4 pm 1 vehicle in drive thru and I have my boat behind my truck so I CAN NOT go thru... their small drive thru. Call to see if I can come in to order and leave but no can't do that cause they're "short staffed" eventho at that time the 1 car was gone. Good job a restaurant down the way that isn't creating their own "staff shortage" got ourmoney! Read more

I don?t not eat meat and I specifically told her I don?t eat meat and she... deliberately rang a beef Mexican pizza instead of a veggie one I have been throwing up ever since.I?m sick. Wow this place has everything. It was so good. We spent all afternoon at the garage. I would have liked to have smaller portions... so i could have tasted more places but the food was good and atmosphere even better. There are a few boutique like shops at thisspot and cool to see other places. Read more
Broken tacos, wrong items, bad customer service and don?t order here unless you enjoy sour cream because that?s all your... getting!! Completely horrible service and food, wish I could put zero stars. Not only did the drive thru girl ring up my orderwrong ?supreme variety party pack, she rang up a regular supreme party pack?. When I got home and pulling the tacos out not onlywere they all crunchy tacos but maybe 2 of the 12 tacos actually were tacos, they had nothing but sour cream in them and a dashof everything else. So I call back to the store to ask what is in the supreme variety party pack the response was ?honestly Idon?t know? then I stated It wasn?t what I ordered and I was upset about the tacos she hangs up on me!!! Called back to talk tomanager, which he states she didn?t hang up, talked over me the entire phone call, told me what I ordered was the party packbecause that?s what he seen on his screen, didn?t think twice that she rang up the wrong thing, was not any help and made thesituation so much worse. If your going to lock your doors early and do drive through only then you should have a walk up window since we were refused... service at the drive through because we were not in a vehicle. We walked over from our hotel across the street as we were in atruck and trailer that wouldn?t fit in the drive through. The employees said the doors were locked due to Covid however theyweren?t wearing masks or gloves and kept going outside to visit with people in the parking lot so the Covid excuse is BS. Walkedover to Arby?s and received excellent service. You should hire people who actually want to work as this was veryunprofessionally displayed in your store.
