It says they close at 10pm, I went there two times before 10pm and they were close, today I saw the workers out at 9:32pm and... when I asked them- they said it is open till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, please change the timings on google so that peopledon't come and find out you all are closed. Two girls serving us were very rude about their ?cookies n cream? ice cream. Asked her where it was and she aggressively pointed... to their sign. Like ok, then when she was serving me , rolled her eyes. Practice your customer service ! Managers need to solvethis issue. 0/10 would recommend. Read more
31 Flavors has the best ice in my book and their staff are always great! Too bad the storefront cement area it's filthy with... black stains and drippings, etc. It has been this way for years and I'm guessing the whole strip is owned by an owner orproperty Management company that doesn't give a rip how the stores and fronts look. Feel sorry for the individual businessesthat have to put up with that. Read more
Very nice young man behind the counter. Only 2 No Sugar Added choices (both delicious) and several low calorie, non-dairy ice... creams and sherberts. They also have ice cream cakes and other cool delicacies. Very fresh if a little pricey and you can haveonly what you want to eat today so you are not tempted to get up and eat it in the middle of the night. Read more
