Every couple months I have to come back to do another review to express how terrible this BK continues to be. The employees are... rude, they always make the food wrong, that is if they haven't run out of everything and to top it off they've stolen $35 frommy card that I never got back even after speaking to the regional manager and escalating the situation. They do not offerreceipts so when you ask for a refund they say "we dont have receipt paper to prove it but you should have a refund in 10 days."Said refund never comes. Read more

First need to fix the soda machine or replace it; 2 option coke & Fanta orange is not okay. And how bout telling your customers... first there isn't no ketchup before they order fries. Oh & salt on my fries would be nice next time. Gave two stars onlybecause my food was hot. But chicken sandwich is ok in flavor but really dry. Also when I ask for extra napkins - I want extranapkins not just 2. I just want what I want when I'm giving you my hard earn money. Read more

Asked for a 16oz drink for a dollar she kept arguing with me saying they don?t have 16oz drink for a dollar she said value menu... I said that?s exactly what I?m looking at! Ends up giving me a small .. learn ur menu !! Or change it false advertisement!!! Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We spent $30 for dinner on this mess of a meal (see attached pictures) AND they got the order... wrong! We tried calling the store 4 times in a row and no one would answer! Burger King #7742 is the worst one I've been to in along time. We haven't eaten at any Burger King in about 2 years and this is what we come back to? What a shame. My wife ordereda whopper combo but they gave her a crispy chicken combo instead. What's worse is they deep fried it twice! That just makes itan inedible brick! We're not going back to Burger King in a long long time. Read more
