Seriously Carl's Jr. You're good....but not that good. Iborder the breaded chicken club combo. $17 dollars for that dried piece... of chicken Jerry on warm lettuce. I almost just laughed when the cashier told me the price. The fries have little black dots andare kind of shriveled and Luke warm. Soda tasted like they need to clean the spouts. Do not recommend. For half that price youeat at flower city cginese or any Mexican restaraunt and get hot fresh deliciousness instead of the low rate "gourmet" burger.Blah Read more
I came through and ordered a bunch of food, and one of the more expensive burgers was missing from the bag which wasn?t noticed... until I was too far away to go back. I attempted to call but the restaurant seems to not want to pick up their phone. I?drecommend staying away or making sure to check your bags before leaving the window so you don?t lose money like I just did. Read more

08/15/21 As we all know the chicken strips at Carl?s Jr. can be expensive. So as a paying customer I should get what I pay for.... I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was hot and freshly prepared with a generous portion of chicken. It was served on a... soft potato bun, which complimented the chicken nicely. The thick dill pickle slices were the perfect accent. The drive-thruwent fast. When it was my turn to pay the cashier, the employee who helped me was pleasant and efficient. She was wearing a maskand gloves, which made me feel comfortable for her safety as well as mine. Carl's Jr. mails out coupons that are often insertedin grocery advertisements for savings that make their food more affordable. Read more
Went to get food around 9:30pm the staff was super nice and sweet, but after eating about half of my burger I noticed something... pink and shined my light on it and saw my burger was not cooked all the way. Me being 7 months pregnant I was not too thrilledabout that. No one should be served a half cooked burger. Terrible. Read more
