The food at chipotle is always good but the employees are paying more attention to gossiping about other customers right in... front of you and not paying attention to your order so you have to repeat it multiple times and they are very slow. I don'treally wish to hear how "ugly or stupid" they think someone is who just purchased something from them. This is sounprofessional. This is my first time trying chipotle and I was honestly very underwhelmed. I bought a bowl with no extra add ons and a small... drink that totaled to $17.01 the food was not bad, however I just don?t think it was worth the price. I went to try the Keto Lifestyle Bowl. I wasn't aware that it is an online only menu item. So, when I ordered in-store, the... staff was less than friendly and didn't even know what came on it ??????????? I had to go on the Chipotle website and tell themeach item. I didn't mind that, but the employees were not friendly about it and acted as though I inconveniencedthem. Customer service is probably more important to me than cost or quality. I always go to Chipotle and love their food! It always tasts good and the service is fast and easy. The staff are polite and... helpful. It's always easy to choose what food I want.
