We like to go to this restaurant because of the convenience and location but it seems for the past 6 months every time we've... gone they have been out of some major portion. One time they were out of white rice. Another time they were out of guacamole.Another time out of veggies. I'm not sure if it's hard to predict the crowd but I've never seen this place slow so I'm wonderingif it's a supply issue. I've never seen real management here or a leader but a bunch of people scrambling around. They've evenbeen out of Beverages and forks and other essential utensils. Terrible experience. Every time I come to this location they always get something wrong. First time they didn?t add my guacamole... which I had purchased, and this time they screwed up my order and only did half of it and the rest of the vegetables weremissing. I?m not someone to complain, but it is absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay for this type of garbage service. Read more
This location has been a horrendous experience every single time. The past 5 visits within the last 6 months have been... disgusting. First of all, the employees are all miserable or so they portray to be because everyone has a very poor attitude andthere is zero customer service skills, there's ALWAYS a shortage of something and the chicken is always dry and bottom of thebarrel. Today i was told that they were out of lettuce and had close to zero protein to offer and they would have chickenshortly. I had my baby with me and couldn't wait so i asked for what was left in the container. When i asked to pay for an extrascoop the girl scoffed, rolled her eyes and said well that's gonna be extra. The fact that she made the snide comment made me soupset i wanted to walk right out, but i continued on and said yes i know. Why is that comment needed, when someone is asking forextra at Chipotle we all know there is an extra charge so why be rude? She asked me twice what type of bean i wanted and thendidn't even add it. I had to ask and was in turn given additional attitude. She then threw my bowl down and walked away. Due toher attitude and walking away she was not able to communicate with the cashier so i was also not charged for the extra meatwhich she was making such a big deal about. The cook was disgusting and he cared more to converse with customers then cook food,he also looked like he was on something. His eyes were glazed over and he couldn't stay focused. Sometimes it seems that thecustomers in store are not prioritized and the only care or attention is put towards the mobile order station since thats wherethey aren't forced into customer interaction. June 2022 TL;DR: Good enough location in a pinch, but a little dirty in the kitchen and kind of dark inside if you... dine-in. You can look right into the kitchen... It was not clean. ???? The pots looked as though they hadn't been cleaned inquite a while, left sitting on the equally un-cleaned-looking stove, and it turned me off a bit. It was also a bit dark in theeating area, with dark decor and dim lights, but you can probably see the food if you're not hard-of-sight. HOWEVER. The staffwere all EXTREMELY friendly. They looked tired, but they still were open to my mom's keto-diet-influenced bizarre ordering (onlya plate of meat, nothing else, she's lost well over 50 pounds and had maintained it for a very long time indeed) They alsolooked like they had a good-enough social environment in the kitchen. I saw them at least trying to clean the kitchen. All inall, not a BAD experience at all. Don't fire anyone based only on this review, please!
