I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I have been to other el pollo locos and the service was bad, chicken was dry,... and store was dirty. That is not the case at this one. Food was great and I didn?t have to wait long to be served. Would highlyrecommend! 5 stars! Read more
I ordered the 2 piece chicken with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was burnt and dried out to a point the... chicken disintegrated. The potatoes had very little gravy and only gave a couple spoonfuls of potatoes. I asked for a manager tocall me and haven't heard anything. I won't be going back. This location in Clovis is usually good. But this last time we were there the chicken was very dry, my Mom who is 89 wasn't able... to bite into the chicken ????????. Luckily for us management was having a meeting and I commented to the Visalia manager aboutthe dry chicken and she had them replace my Mom's meal. Good manager ???? Read more
It seems the quality & portions have went down in this restaurant. I got the Pollo Bowl. There was very little chicken in it, &... the rice/beans were watery. They no longer have the salsas out for access so you have to wait for someone to get them for you.Also, they don't have the mild salsa anymore, for us that can't tolerate the hot stuff!! Very bad chicken and dirty place. My ordered was online for Legs and thighs black beans and corn tortillas. And they gave me a... mix of chicken, pinto beans , and tortillas were not corns, the chicken was burned, and old. I had to go inside for my orderthe place was dirty 8 persons working there and they couldn?t clean their kitchen. Not good place to eat, bad chicken ad burned, employees don?t care . I love el pollo loco. The blend of spices is always just right. There meals are super filling.I love the great staff that work... at this location.
