Started my first-timer visit with dirty windows. I hate dirty glass at a restaurant as it tends to set the trend of cleanliness... standards throughout the store. Most tables were empty but in need of cleaning. We had to clean our own table before we satdown. The white topped divider that runs between 2 seating areas was quite dusty as well. Ordered at 12:39 and the cashier wasgreat but the receipt doesn?t show her name. Girlfriend must order dairy free and the cashier made it easy. Wait was 10-12 orso minutes but that isn?t horrible. Most food came except my Girlfriend?s chicken sandwich. Whaaaa? 10 more minutes go by whileGF watches me eat then her sandwich arrives WRONG in numerous ways. Grrrrr. Walk up to the counter for a canned apology and aremake (which should be a priority!). 15 more minutes later and the worker brought out the remake. The most annoying part aboutthis process is without even stopping or slowing down their pace they put the food on the table and throw a coupon down for afree burger and another canned apology and they never even stopped walking past the table in the process. Zero eye contact. Themost insincere ridiculous apology a business can offer its guest. BTW the sandwich was WRONG AGAIN. Come on millennials! I?llgive you a free pass for the first mistake since I work in restaurants and I understand how ?special orders? are sometimes achallenge when you?re used to making things the standard way 100 times a day. But when you screw up you should put extraemphasis on making sure you get it right the second time, and you should make that a priority and get it out first, not stick iton the rail behind 20 other tickets! Have no idea what the chicken sandwich was like but the burger was meh. Nothing excitingor worth telling people they need to try it. Wings were good. Crispy skin. Piping hot. Over cooked burger with steam coming out and no juices. If you like eating your shoe, you have found your place. Skinny fries... tasted like cardboard also. At least the place was clean and the employees were friendly. Read more

Tried the new Fatburger location on Willow. They were okay. Got the 1/3 original burger with cheddar cheese. Told them no relish... but it comes with lettuce and tomatoes, mayo/mustard. That part is good but the burger was a little dry. Not super dry but notjuicy. They use shredded lettuce and non toasted buns. They say a burger is made with love if the buns are toasted. We did theskinny fries which were good. For 3 combos it came up to $45 so a little pricey. The service was good. They seem to make theburgers fresh as it was a longer wait but it was okay. Happy I tried them. They have shakes, vegan, chicken and impossibleburgers as well as wings. They have steak fries and onion rings. Read more
Visiting from LA.. This place did not disappoint, it was an actually was an amazing experience! The beef patty was juicy and... well seasoned, and the fries were delicious and fresh. The serving sizes were huge! Can?t wait to come back!! Read more

Very tasty burger! Meat is well seasoned and plenty of standard toppings. My only complaint is that I ordered chili as an "add... on" for an extra charge and it was pretty skimpy on the burger. Otherwise, very good and will be back. Read more
This was the second run since they opened a new store. To say that they are slow would be an understatement. The milk Shake... machine is also down. The food is delicious. A bit pricey like anyone else, but perfect nonetheless. Read more
