Being full Chinese, it's always nice to find good authentic Chinese cuisine and this place definitely delivers. The food was okay. Rice was very old with no flavor. The food over all was decent. The waitress was very very sweet good... customer service. Ima give it a 4.5 on the Chinese food chart good food I ordered special chow mein was good . Spicy beef sounds scary but it's... not spicy at all . Fried rice is good medium flavor. And orange chicken smells like it's ganna kill u cause they use real redChilli ???? in it but it's actually really sweet and yummy . Doesn't taste like fake chemical oranges more like sweet sugarchili's and maybe lil bit of orange zest . Over all I'd definitely go here and eat the Inside of the restaurant looks reallynice and clean and I ordered for take out and was surprised of how much food I had left over . Ordered here for the first time; it will also be the last. Service was fine. The quality of the food however was bad. The fried... rice with chicken was sticky, and it had no taste. It was like hospital food. The Singapore noodles were "ok" worthy of 1 star;same goes for the chicken with string beans. The sauce again had no taste and just thick: like gravy thick, and tasteless. Theonly thing salvageable was the spicy tofu. Again: 1 star is all it gets. The food at Panda Express has more flavor; you wouldthink with food this bad, it must be run by non-Chinese persons. Its not. Which makes it all the more concerning why they arenot able to make authentic Chinese food bursting with flavor and spice. Perhaps they are making it palatable to American tasteor for the demographics around Clovis; perhaps. But even then, it is still no excuse to make food that tasted like it wasordered from the hospital cafeteria. Read more
