Ordered online. Email said it would be ready at 1:55. I waited and waited and when they asked for my name at 2:12, I told them... and they never made my sandwich. I finally walked out at 2:18. 2 stars instead of 1 because at a least the sandwich tasted good.Owner/management you either need to back up your staff more, or change your system to have an accurate pick up time. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is perfect. I've had both hot and cold subs. The hot are served piping hot and... flavorful. The cold boast crisp veggies and perfectly sliced cold meats. I can't imagine going somewhere else. Read more
Very open clean space, sandwiches are awesome! Especially Mike's way! Definitely one of our go to spots!
