For those who go in for hot and ready. There's a chance that it my be all out. Lots of people order this. Don't get mad at the... workers for not having it. Its literally not there fault that they are popular and busy. If you want it hot and ready orderingit online can get you in and out within a minute. Just order it online its much easier and faster. Was waiting in line, guy walks in, girl at register asked him..."how can I help you??", like I wasn't standing there. I said,... excuse me, I was standing in line. He turns around, and snaps, "I'm just picking up an order!!". He had no idea why I was thereand she still took his order. So I asked to speak to the manager. My name is Rick falcon, and I probably order from this particular pizza place about once a week. The reason for my business... being so steady is the management I believe his name is Neil and his assistant manager Jill always take the extra time to thankme, to let me know they appreciate me and always check to make sure I have everything I need. Their staff seem to replicatetheir leadership because I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone here. Even when the pizza is not up to standard(whichisn?t very offer) the moment I let them know the make it right and apologize. I choose where I spend my money based on how goodthe food is and how well the staff treats me and the staff here is just awesome and the pepperoni stuff crust is my favorite.And my kids love the cheese hot and ready.
