I go here like 4 times a day to grab my kids food after school. They?re usually so polite and fast and never get my order wrong.... They got my order wrong I was told my a manager to come by and they?ll give me what they didnt give me (she was super kind but Ididn?t get her number) I get to the window and they won?t give me the food I had ordered. The manager that came to the window(had blue braces and was a guy) was SO RUDE and literally argued with me. I?m not one to ever leave reviews but that manager wasabsolutely ridiculous. Read more
I enjoy ordering from here. It's a clean, popular location and the staff are respectful. I've had no issues with my orders.... However, a couple of times at 5am the drive thru was closed even though Google says it's open 24 hours everyday. Read more
Everyday I go to order their tea. Sometimes it is good, and sometimes it is bitter. Today I went and they gave me a medium when... I asked for a large. Why cant they get their orders straight. You also have to wait an awfully long time sometimes at the drivethru for someone to take your order. They need to improve their service all around. Read more
I went inside to get breakfast because the drive thru lines were long and I thought it would be easier and not take as long. The... young gal that helped me was not very friendly and didn't seem to want to be there. When I got my order, I asked for syrup forthe hotcakes and she acted like it was a bother to get them for me. Then I asked for jelly for the English muffins and again itseemed to bother to give them to me. When I asked how come they don't automatically give them like they used to, anotheremployee pointed to a notice that was posted saying it was the law that we had to now ask for condiments, utensils andsalt/pepper. I wasn't very happy how I was treated at that location so I might just have to go to a different location instead. Read more
Had to throw this away. When customers have special orders. There's usually a reason. In my case, I am allergic to the pickling... ingredients. So even when you cut corners and remove the pickles from a pre-made burger(which happens a lot). The juices fromthe pickles ARE STILL ON THE BURGER. Then a visit to the ER. NOT FUN! Well every time I drive thru to get my son a happy meal (which is the only thing I usually get) they somehow get it wrong by... forgetting the bbq sauce (which he will not eat the nuggets without) or put the wrong sauce in or forget the apple slices. Theyhave even given me a burger happy meal instead of chicken nuggets before. This time I decided to get something for myself and Ithink the picture says it all...I usually prefer the tartar sauce on the inside of the bun rather than the outside. Read more
