Tired of asking for extra ketchup, mustard and onions on a small chs burger. Don't mind paying extra if I need to. BUT...... everytime I go to this one they are a sloppy mess! I'm not to sure what was going on but we did a curb side pick up at this location and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2... drinks and a large French fry. We ended up having to go through the drive thru to ask where our order was which was actuallyjust sitting on the counter top for the entirety of our wait. I only know this because the my drink had all the ice melted andthe soda was majorly watered down. I'd excuse this but this location and many other McDonald's locations have really beenslacking lately and also with disrespectful employees that don't bother to answer a simple question but instead cut you off andwalk away. Hopefully this can be corrected because my kids love getting kids meals from these establishments but I willdiscontinue if I see it keeps happening. Read more

Was there at about 11:50 p.m. last night. Made our order at the drive-thru paid at the window. Got to the food window and the... girl asked us to wait for the fries we waited about 10 minutes. I noticed a sheriff car behind me as I was waiting. When thegirl came out with the fries she yelled at me what type of sauces did I want, then immediately said oh none and went to slam thewindow. I told her to wait got my phone to record and the rest is on my tick tock algenonn. She ended up slamming the window inmy face for no reason. Read more
