Tired of asking for extra ketchup, mustard and onions on a small chs burger. Don't mind paying extra if I need to. BUT...... everytime I go to this one they are a sloppy mess! I'm not to sure what was going on but we did a curb side pick up at this location and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2... drinks and a large French fry. We ended up having to go through the drive thru to ask where our order was which was actuallyjust sitting on the counter top for the entirety of our wait. I only know this because the my drink had all the ice melted andthe soda was majorly watered down. I'd excuse this but this location and many other McDonald's locations have really beenslacking lately and also with disrespectful employees that don't bother to answer a simple question but instead cut you off andwalk away. Hopefully this can be corrected because my kids love getting kids meals from these establishments but I willdiscontinue if I see it keeps happening. Read more

Lets be honest here. Probably one if not, one of the best McDonald's on this side of town for sure due to the Giant... playground!!! It's got 3 floors for the kids to play in and a small green slide for the little ones. A great place to order foodand have your kids just have fun with other kids there when it's just WAYYYY too hot outside! The service is fast thoughsometimes the drive through can ne busier than most the service if quite fast! Highly recommended coming if you need a place toeat and have fun with kids. Slowest McDonald's EVERRRR! Do not go here unless you plan on spending 30+ minutes in the drive thru and don't expect service at... all inside. I waited at the counter only to be greeted by the rudest worker ever! If I could give it a half star I would. Theirice cream machine was working though so it's worth at least a half star. Read more
There have been a lot of new hires lately so this may be why I am having a bad experience every time I go. The donut smelled and... tasted like mold. Threw it away. The fries were only partially filled and not warm. Typically my food will be stale and cold. Orpart or half of it will be missing. Customer service is just get the job done kind of attitude. So some people may be rude buttypically they are just rushing. There is usually a line in drive through that takes a long time just to order and I tend tohave to park to wait for the food after. There are not many parking spots or spots you can get to so people will take the spotsyou are suppose to wait in. People go inside thinking it will be quicker but you will wait even longer. And may not get yourfood until you ask someone for it. And the tables are usually dirty. I complained about half my food missing and my food beingstale but haven't heard anything. I would highly recommend going to another location even if it is a bit of adrive. Update Seemed like they were finally making the food fresh but it became cold and stale every time again. Was there at about 11:50 p.m. last night. Made our order at the drive-thru paid at the window. Got to the food window and the... girl asked us to wait for the fries we waited about 10 minutes. I noticed a sheriff car behind me as I was waiting. When thegirl came out with the fries she yelled at me what type of sauces did I want, then immediately said oh none and went to slam thewindow. I told her to wait got my phone to record and the rest is on my tick tock algenonn. She ended up slamming the window inmy face for no reason. Read more
