This restaurant consistently does NOT HAVE SHAKES & ICE CREAM over the last 2 years. I am told because the owner won't buy a... needed part for the milkshake/ice cream machine. Everything was hot fresh our fries were finally not over salted like the other McDonalds around town do to their's. Clean fresh... friendly workers even during a quick rush at 1 in the afternoon. It went smooth and fast. Read more

Posted hours say they close at 11pm. I was asked to leave at 9:40pm and that they had already given me an "extra" 20 minutes.... How can you give me an extra 20 minutes if your posted hours say you don't close until over an hour later? That makes ZEROsense. Terrible customer service. If you don't want customers in your store at a certain time then POST IT. Also, nuggets wereold, cold, and stale. Read more
Their system is always down in the middle of the day, rude employees and they're never prepared to really work. I've showed up... to get Grandpa orders after driving clear across town it was able to fulfill it because of either a lazy employee or system thatwant to shut down in middle of the day it just doesn't sound right to me Read more
This McDonald's literally has it written on the box not to put onions in your sandwich and they're not going to be smart enough... to even do that right and there's no ketchup nothing horrible horrible place I recommend going somewhere else Read more
There's such a big difference between fresh and unfresh French fries. Most McDonald's get this on point. But this place often... serves unfresh fries (I come here often) that's my main issue with this specific McDonald's. Thanks Read more
Very rude customer service and overall bad customer experience. Firsr- person taking drive thru was yelling about his POS... shutting down. 2- i said thank you to the person handed my food and didnt even reply and looked at me rudely. 3-They forgot togive me my whole order and blamed me for leaving.4- Refused to even compensate anything for my time and gas coming back.
