Had a terrible experience! We live in the neighborhood, have eaten here numerous times. My son was graduating, decided to get... a few burritos. Valerie ibelieve was her name totally messed the order up. There was only 3 burritos ordered. She made separatereceipts. Then when I got home. My burrito was nasty. $35 for 3 burritos that wasn't even good. Truthfully never had service orfood like that from any of the Robertito's in Fresno or Clovis. Read more
My daughter has celiac disease and is severely allergic to wheat and gluten. The woman who helped us with our order was very... kind and helpful. However, the man in the back who actually made our food seemed extremely annoyed and was actually rude when werequested that her food not be placed on the same grill as flour products. I left them a tip because I felt guilty for having aspecial order due to her severe food allergy. I said thank you and he gave me a dirty look. We will never return here again. Iended up not even having her eat her food because I didn't feel safe that he had prepared it properly or even cared about herallergy that we carefully explained. I?d rate a solid 3.6. I?ve had better nachos and I?ve had worse. The nachos themselves were a tad greasy, but I like it that... way. The presentation didn?t deliver well with Door Dash. Overall though, the flavor was good and I?d try another dish from theestablishment for sure. Read more
I realized that different Robertito locations are better than others. Specifically, I like the way some of them fry up their... tortillas. You could tell they were freshly fried. When they are, they're so crispy & yummy. I used to go to the one onBlackstone, close to Gettysburg, I think, but then I moved to Clovis. Finally, found the one in Old Town on Clovis Avenue, closeto Oil Changers, that did the tortillas just right. Unfortunately, I think they must've changed cooks or something becausethey're not good anymore. I've tried to give them chance after chance after chance because, even when they were good, they'dhave an "off" day once in a while. But now, it's EVERY time. Unfortunately, not just the tortillas that are sometimes stale,but,for example, the chicken isn't always tasty & like last night, the quesadilla didn't even have hardly any cheese in it (what's aquesadilla without cheese?). My daughter asked for extra cheese in her tacos, too, but there wasn't much in them! They chargefor the extra cheese, too, so we really weren't happy! Update: Tried to give them another chance. Picture shows their tacosalad they gave me with a burnt shell! Took another star away. So disappointing.? Couldn't even eat it! It's usually one ofthe best parts of the salad. Done with this place...first time there gave me nachos when I asked for asada fries and asked for sauce they forgot. Tonight... asked for asada fires and they gave me a bean burrito..how's that sound similar? Also a carnitas torta and gave me a asadatotal. Their speak you can barely hear them... hope they close soon if they can't ever get orders right. Read more
