We ordered food through the park lots where you can park and eat and when we got our food the frys and tator tots were cold.... Pushed the red button and noone responded so we just went through the drive thru and asked if they can warm them up or get newones and the lady which we are guessing was the manager was very rude and said "we are really busy so if we want new ones it's going to take a while so" as if she wanted us to just say nevermind and leave. After we paid 60 bucks for food we will obviouslywait. Then the manager didn't want to let us use the bathroom key either for my son until another employee was argueing with herthat we can have the key. It was a bad experience. ???? Every time I?ve been to this Sonic. I have had TERRIBLE customer service. Most of the time the ice cream machine does not work... and they scream at you through the intercom. Something is always out of service there. I went this weekend and asked for a largedrink, hold the drink, just wanted the crushed ice (I was nauseous). The employee would NOT SELL me a cup of ice. I?ve keptgoing back only because it?s one block from my home. I think it?s time to never patronize this establishment again. Not worththe frustration EVERY TIME. Read more
I'm kinda addicted to the diet cherry limeade. Today I went and ordered a rt 44 diet cherry limeade at the clovis location. It... tasted like mold. Like the inside of a well used front load washing machine- like pond water. It was undeniable but by the timeI tasted it I was already too far away to turn back. Twisters were served with melted ice cream. One Twister was made incorrect. Was not offered a drink carrier for 4+ drinks. Was... not served with any sauce for cheese sticks. Was not given any spoons, straws, or napkins. Was not given kind service. Thisplace has definitely gone down hill from what it used to be. Disappointed in my shake. I ordered an Oreo cheesecake shake, and it did not taste like cheesecake at all. It was simply a... cookies and cream shake. The Clovis location on Fowler was much better. And yeah, a pretty lengthy wait when there was only oneother customer in line when I showed up. Read more

UPDATE ON 12/1/22 - I GUESS I'LL NEVER LEARN!!! I ordered a sweet tea, coke, and dr pepper. Sweet tea wasn't sweetened and dr... pepper wasn't flavored. Went around drive thru and asked for drinks to be remade. Man stating he is Pedro refused to remake thedrinks. He also refused to provide a refund. When I asked for my receipt to complain, he tore the bottom off before giving it tome so I couldn't complain. Worst service ever!!! I've attached a photo of the receipt and the jerk at the window so you call allwatch out for him. It doesn't matter what time you go here or what you order, you will be in line for a minimum of 10 to 15minutes. They are very slow and no one seems to care about their job. They're almost aloof if you ask for anything like a strawor ketchup. :'( Read more
