Food was great, drive thru area is a bit awkward in a big truck, service was adequate-no pleasantries but not rude.
I read some of the reviews I guess it depends whos working that day. Emily was beyond outstanding. She was fast, so sweet and... professional. I will return because of Emily. She makes the sonic experience top notch. The bacon burger was probably my secondfavorite burger of fast food ???? burgers. The fries were hot and fresh. My drink had extra ???? cherries. Food?s good; Sienna?s attitude, however, is horrible. I can understand having a bad day, but taking it out on customers?... Generally, when someone says thank you, you respond with a smile or a you?re welcome or any other acceptable pleasantries; notlook at them, say nothing, and immediately walk away. Just like the usual f McDonald?s, they?re not fast food anymore when you wait 15 minutes for your junks food order , unreliable... customer service to assist you or even recognize you. California state thinking about raising their minimum to $22 per hour ,hell no they don?t provide essential service to earn it. Read more
I was the only car in line at the drive thru. Gave my order and moved up to the window to pay. I paid for the food and waited. A... few minutes later I noticed 4 cars behind me. I am still waiting for my food. I get the drinks ordered and wait. I then noticedthe car behind me gets her order, pays for it and takes off out of the line. Huh? Then I see the next 2 cars get their drinkorders filled. I continue to wait for my food. I ask for straws so we could at least drink something in the 106 degree heat. Iam ignored. I finally got my order and I went home. How nice to see that the lettuce in my burger were actually end chunks! This place is now on my ?no? list. So sad. Read more
