I will put in a mobile order in at least 15 minutes before arriving because it?s a minimum of 20 minute wait from the time of... order to pickup. Sometimes I?ll wait an additional 10 or 15 minutes longer. I don?t know if it?s just my luck but the time ittakes to get a coffee is sometimes not worth the stress of getting a coffee if you?re in a rush. READ THIS REVIEW THIS IS MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE WITH GOING TO THUS STARBUCKS. I feel like the workers at this Starbucks just don?t... care about the customers? or maybe they just don?t care about me. I feel like every time I?ve come to this Starbucks, this isthe only one I run into problems with. They take forever to make drinks despite not being very busy every time I come in, andthey?re always wrong/taste wrong. I don?t even get anything that fancy off the menu, I just get a substitution and it?s stillwrong. THIS PART IS VERY IMPORTANT. ALSO, I?ve bought a reusable trenta Starbucks cup to get their extra filtered water in. Icame in yesterday to get their water in it, and they didn?t let me use my reusable cup. I shrugged it off, waited 10 minutes forthe water, and poured it in my cup to leave. After taking a sip, I thought the water didn?t taste right, only to realize they?dgiven me tap water. TAP WATER. So disrespectful! I thought you guys pride yourself on giving good water! Why does this Starbuckshave such nice furniture but such bad service? It is a very convenient location next to the 168 Highway as well as the Clovis Community Hospital. It is in a gree comfortable... place and atmosphere inside. It is just like any other Starbucks location, be patient and you will be served. If there issomething wrong with your order, let them know and they will fix it. Great delicious coffee! Read more
Friendly staff and there's consistency with the beverages made here. This location is in a convenient cove off the 168 freeway... which makes it a prime stop and often very busy. Even with the rushes the baristas are still cool, calm, collected and pushingout caffeine with consistence! ???????? Read more
