I came in on my way to work and the couple thar came in after me got served thier order before me. I did not appreciate this... type of service and I am an AA individual so I felt some type of way. Everyone should be treated the same! Read more
I frequent this location often. I use the mobile order feature on my way to work. This one is a hit and miss for me. The staff... is for the most part friendly. However they seem to have a shortage of something almost every day. When using mobile order onyour way to work, its a bit jarring to hear that your drink hasn't been made yet due to a missing ingredient. This has happenedto me a handful of times. I understand the national shortages of product but there has got to be a better system to work outthese kinks while we all deal with the unfortunate circumstances that our country faces. I am a former partner so I suppose Ihold higher standards for Starbucks, but I think I am being fair in what I've stated. I've called to speak with the manager whooffered me a free drink on my next visit, which was nice. However it would be even nicer to hear that the company is workingtowards solving this problem. Upon this dine-in experience I ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast items. I was charged 29.60 which was correct, however they... charged my debit card a total of 4 times. Once these charges posted to my account, I returned to the store only to be told tocontact the customer service center. How many more hoops am I going to have to jump through to get a proper refund? I've been to this location several times and it is now my go-to location. I used to go to the location near Temperance/168, and... this Shaw/Leonard location has never met me down. Every employee I've met there has been friendly, all my drinks are consistent(well mixed), and the wait times aren't as long as my old location. So glad to be able to have this location, even accessing thedrive thru is easier than the Temperance/168 location, especially during "rush". Read more
New Starbucks at Shaw and Leonard. Drive-thru available. Beautiful decor. Easy access in and out. Highly recommend!
