They always use gloves n the place is clean..
Gets worse every time I visit. The staff are some of the rudest individuals I have ever come across, especially the one... gentleman with the dark hair. He always seems as though he wishes he was not there, not serving food, not talking to customers.I think his poor attitude must be rubbing off on the others as well.. some of them get real snappy at times. This location use to be my most favorite, but now it's getting like the others, they see you coming then walk in the back and... start acting like their too busy to acknowledge the presence of their customer...I went here on 12/21/21 around 4pm and had toask twice if anybody was present...She finally came out, she also overcharged me $4 dollars. : ( Read more
Subway DOESN'T TAKE THE COUPONS THAT YOU RECEIVE IN THE MAIL. TRIED TO USE ONE AND GOT A EXTEMEMLY NEGATIVE ATTACK FOR NOT... SEEING TRIER PIECE OF PAPER STATING THAT. I guess looking at the menu when you go in is the Wrong thing to do. At least thisSubway in Clovis on shaw you're suppose to not look at the menu but to look for typed up notices. The service was great and very quick. Usually whenever I visit, the staff isn't that polite and nice. Today I encountered a... staff member named Mary who was extremely nice and sweet. She was very professional and polite. I loved her personality andamazing service. I wish I had encountered her there before. Read more
You ladies set the bar way high for any future locations. I moved out of state & honestly EVERY other location is absolutely... FILTHY. I wish every one was like yours. Shout out to Andrea & Athena for NEVER being grouchy & puting up with ridiculous orders& still continues to have a smile on their faces. You two are awesome! Read more
