To all my regulars I'm the young black male who you saw working there mon - sat by myself for six hours. Today I was fired for... wanting to speak to corporate. The reason for this is because when you ask for any new subway sandwich #1-12 I was told don'task them if they want any other vegetables that don't come on the sandwich. Which working there for almost 2 years I've watchedmany customers forget something and want me to unwrap a made sandwich to add more onto it. This will happen alot if I was not toask, "Hey is there anything else I can get you on your sandwich. I've always looked out for the customers, because they don'tcare not even about the employees. They cut corners, they don't clean properly, they won't even hire a bug guy. I took care ofeverything day after day. Never once clocking out for a break. First time at this location. Next time I?ll be very specific on what I want and how much of it I want on my sandwich. I usually... love everything in my sandwich. Except this time. The staff squeezed too much mayo on my sandwich. I?m not a big fan of mayo. They make the sandwiches quickly and I didn?t have time to tell her to take some mayo off. I thought it would even out once allthe toppings were on but unfortunately it didn?t. Mayo oozed out of everywhere. Lesson learned for next time. Otherwise my SpicyItalian sandwich hit the spot. Had never been up charged for chopped grilled chicken, compared to the grilled chicken patty on either my wrap or footlong.... Today I was and was met with a communication break down and lack of understanding. Will not be returning to this location. Ifanything I?d like to say the older woman with short hair has always done a great job. I feel she?s a great employee that hasalways given good service. For the management and how this location is ran, I can?t promote them as I feel that is where theproblem lies. Read more
12/30/2021 @ 1800hrs ~ Hardest working "sandwich artist" I've ever seen. A one-man show (and evidently a solo act for a very... long time), this guy deserved the heavy tip my wife and I gave him. Great meal too BTW. Read more
Very good sandwiches reasonably priced. Love the variety of kinds of bread and the daily specials.
I'm updating this review because they have this guy working there now who makes a PERFECT sandwich. Thankfully he's been there... nearly every time we've visited but the one time he wasn't it was good but not great. We make sure we have cash to tip himbecause he deserves it. He pays attention, is very friendly and makes every order with care. If he ever leaves we will probablynever go back. ???? Out of not wanting to be nosy we've never asked his name but, wearing a mask, he appears to beAfrican-American & a 20-something? He's the reason we're there about once a week. Brought in a coupon for buy 1 footlong get 1 free. They have all these new sandwiches, so I looked on the coupon to make sure... they weren't excluded from the deal. After ordering, I was told that I couldn't use the coupon on these sandwiches. I told theworker that the coupon doesn't say that. She didn't care, and so I was stuck paying about $13 more than I was planning on. Andwhy would you send out a bunch of coupons while advertising these new sandwiches if the coupons don't work for them anyways?Ridiculous. Read more
