If I could give zero stars I would. Please spare yourself from dining at this restaurant. It makes me sad writing a review like... this but my family and I have tried eating here 5 times now and each time just gets worse. The last time we actually ate here,they were busy and understaffed but had an ?employee table? where the two managers + a hostess sat, ate food and talked whilemultiple tables waited to be greeted, served or brought their checks. This visit made me the most angry that I called corporate.The manager of the Applebees ended up calling me and apologizing and offered me a gift card which I explained to him that wewouldn?t be coming back but wanted to email it to me anyway. I never received that email by the way. Fast forward to last week- my husband wanted to give them one more try. We walked in at about 3pm on a weekday. There was a bartender and a waitress +about 2 tables and a couple people at the bar. We stood at the hostess table for 5 minutes until finally walking out. No oneeven looked at us. It isn?t hard to glance over and say ?I?ll be right with you.? It?s tough because Clovis already doesn?thave many options when it comes to dining and we really gave this restaurant so many chances. It all boils down to themanagement. When the managers don?t care, it reflects the entire establishment. Work ethic is at an all time low. Read more
Great service at the clovis new mexico location really quick definitely come back when in town love the cheddar bites
Stopped in after 9:00 p.m. on Friday. Took the employees employees behind the bar almost 5 minutes to notice that they now had... a second bar customer. Restaurant itself had quite a few dirty tables that remained unbiased during my entire visit. Bonelesschicken wings and a beer. Beer was cold and presentation was good. 30% of the boneless wings were the size of a dime. Servedwith no silverware. Took another two to three minutes to get someone's attention behind the bar again as they were now busywashing dishes to request silverware. Original bartender was nowhere to be found. Lackluster experience, wouldn't recommendthis particular Applebee's. Read more
My husband and I LOVE coming here. The food is more often then not amazing and cones out timely. Amazing appetizers, and some... perfect date night combos! The boos is always tasty, and staff always friendly and attentive! Read more
I love applebee's and they never dissapoint. Even being short staffed they always try their best!
Food was absolutely delicious. Great appetizers, love their spinach and artichoke dip (not pictured), dinner was phenomenal. Had... the streak and shrimp, mash potatoes, mac and cheese, the chicken quesadilla, and the chicken pasta. Perfect margarita wasgreat, really just absolutely loved the meal. Ordered food to go and was told it would be ready by 8:07 pm and didn?t receive my food until 8:40pm. Asked for no cilantro on... the wonton tacos and received cilantro on them when I picked them up. Steak was under cooked and cold in the middle. Asked forfries they provided broccoli. To top this all off there was a hair in the container with wonton tacos you could see the hairlinethrough the steam on the top of the container. Definitely will be awhile if at all will I be back. I did contact the manager andshe told me I could have the food remade or an e-gift card would be emailed to me next week when the home office was open.Overall not a good experience. Read more
Food was adequate, service??? I was there with my grandchildren ,my ice tea arrived quickly , their chocolate milk and orange... juice took too long. I had to ask for straws, again l had to ask for a spoon for my grandsons apple sauce. No crayons or pencilsfor the games on the back of kids menus. They finished their lunch so a treat was ordered, mango smoothie, which again arrivedwith no straw, the strawberry sundae consisted of scoop of vanilla ice cream with a few slices of strawberries. The platesremained on the table until we left. Either more training is needed or our waitress just couldn't care less about her job. Read more
