Ordered ribs quite a few times and they were great. Ordered the ribs last night, take out. Got home and the ribs tasted like... they had been soaking in salt for days before being cooked. Too late to take back. It will be a long while before I get ribsagain. But to be fair I did have COVID about a month ago and taste buds haven't completely gotten back, But the kids agree moresalty than usual. May try again. Read more

I don?t know if Chilis changed their salsa or what but it tasted exactly like the jarred El Paso salsa. I love chilis original... salsa so this was disappointing. I also ordered the southwestern egg rolls and they were delicious. Read more
Online ordering and curbside pickup is super easy and convenient. Food is prepared and packaged well and tastes better than... surrounding chain restaurants in my opinion. I ordered shrimp tacos that were separated by parchment paper to hold shape andprevent sogging. Side of broccoli was placed in a food safe bag and rice was in a container. It?s the little details thatmatter. The food is always packaged well, clean and neat. Well done. Hopefully they stick with whatever they?re doing now. I gave 2 stars just for the waitress she was super sweet and attentive! Now the host seemed a little irritated when we asked for... our party of 9 to be seated together he said they don?t usually have big groups. So we sat at different tables. The tables wereboth sticky and the kids paper menus were sticking to the tables?. The kids were amused which was good because we waited 40minutes to receive our food. We did get chips and salsa which the chips on the bottom were stale and had been cooked in oldgrease as they had weird ?spots? on them. Then we get our food kids got Mac and cheese and grilled cheese can?t mess that up butour burgers were way over cooked! Maybe they forgot them on the grill and that?s what took so long. 2nd time ordering delivery from here. This last order I cannot give a low enough review for. There was missing food and what was... there, looked like a 2 year old cooked it. The burger which was ordered was without tomato and was so thin and overcooked was sonot worth the price. The nachos were likewise disappointing to say the least. Needless to say, it unfortunately will be a lasttime I'm afraid. $65 wasted. Read more
Very nice waitress but the food wasn't so great. Had the shrimp tacos and the tortilla was cold and not cooked. Seemed like... someone reached in a bag pulled it out, threw some shrimp in it and served it. When you pay with a debit card you will be forcedto leave an 18 percent tip because that's the lowest option for tip. Either no tip or 18 percent, you can't customize it.Fortunately our waitress was great and we didn't mind but everyone won't have the same experience. Hope that gets fixed Read more
