We through Door Dash, we double checked our order online and the receipt. The workers didn't put rice on both of our Bowls... (even though it was on the reciept). The steak on the Bowls were overcooked and chewy to the point it was not edible. Not happy! Read more

I used to love Chipotle because the service was excellent and the portions were large. The past year has signaled a change. Most... of the employees serving the food are irritable and seem bothered to help customers. To top it off, they are extremely stingywith the amount of food used in a bowl/burrito. I shouldn't have to ask for more, and when I do they usually respond with adirty look. This place is not cheap, so I expect my moneys worth. Not all of the workers share that attitude, there are are asmall handful that are friendly and welcoming that have no problem serving what I want. Another thing is that the quality of thefood has also gone down. It's not as flavorful as it used to be with the exception of the Guac which is my favorite. OverallI've eaten there twice this year. I don't plan on going back anytime soon. It's such a shame because Chipotle used to hit thespot, now I don't know what to expect when I enter. Will I encounter a rude stingy employee or will I luck out and be served bysomeone friendly. I'd rather not take a chance. Read more
Ordered to go. Got home, order was missing chips and Manager was super rude when we asked why the $10 burrito we ordered was... smaller than a taco. Basically said that's what you get and walked away. Thank you for charging more, serving less and thewonderful management. Read more
This is like finding a treasure when you really were not looking. I usually can't eat out because I am wheat intolerant, do I... need a gluten free meal. I love salads but have to be very careful with other menu choices. I have to say this Chipotlerestaurant just hit my number 1 place to go. There are a few other places in town but this took first place on my go to list.You have to go and eat there to understand. I know I will be checking them out real often. Yum"O" and then some.
