Very disappointed with service tonight September 22022.... 25 mins to pick up carry out 15 mins. Parked waited 20 more... minutes On top of that 10 more minutes for 3 pizzas and wings which the Philly cheese steak thin crust was burnt. Verydisappointed. ordered a pizza and it arrived uncut and an absolute mess. called told them it was messed up and the lady on the phone was very... helpful and good and sent me another pizza. the next pizza was even worse than the first one. Read more
We had to wait in the drive-through while they prepared the order for the vehicle in front of us. You can?t get out of line to... pull around and go in. If someone is going to take a while have them pull around! Our pizza was ready and we waited 15minin line. Need a better system. Or smarter employees. Read more
I'll start with the only positive I see in this transaction. The delivery lady was very nice and pleasant to talk with. She's... responsible for the 1 star. I ordered 1 pizza that I was told would arrive in 45 minutes. It was an hour when it arrived,which is not too big of a deal. But, the pizza was not even close to being warm enough to enjoy. When I called to give theirmgmt a heads up, I was told the managers were busy and could not take my call. Obviously, there will not be any of ourbusiness going to the local domino's.
