Last time getting food at this Clovis, NM location. Always forgetting something for our order and this time they didn't give us... our drinks, individual coleslaw and biscuit. Fast food sucks as a job I understand but I work hard for my money so I'd atleastexpect to get my complete order the first time. Don't waste your time with this place, eat somewhere else because these peopledon't care. Honestly if you don't like your job get some balls and find one that works for you. The chicken was amazing. I love their mashed potatoes and brown gravy. I guess they are under new management because the lady... that seemed to be the manager was on top of front counter, kitchen and drive thru. Things were running very smoothly. The food was good, as always, but I haven't been here in a long time because of pricing and service. I ordered a 12 piece... mixed, 2 mashed with gravy, cole slaw, and 6 biscuits. I received 4 biscuits, and the chicken contained 2 breasts and the restwas legs and thighs! I went right back inside where I waited behind a gentleman who said he didn't receive everything in hisorder. The manager made sure the orders were fixed, but you could tell she was extremely agitated, and I didn't even receivean apology. Read more
Sucked.I will never go there again. The chicken was dry,the coating was hard,the potatoes and gravy were watered and soupy. They... charged me $45.00 for a 12 piece bucket. This place is awful. We live out of town and everytime we are in clovis we want KFC because it USED to be our favorite but the... one back home was closed. Let me tell you thanks to this one our views have changed. We have stopped the last 3 times and allthree times we felt as if us ordering was bothering the the person. Like they had something better to do. And all three timeswhen we got home a couple hours later, we find out not all of order is there!! Even though it was paid for. The first time wecalled and was told to go back to the store which was not happening. So the guy got our information. And he said he was gonnasend us something in the mail to compensate for what we were out. We are still waiting. Never again, will we stop there or anyKFC again. Read more
KFC in Clovis New Mexico sucks. The staff there is rude the manager is very rude. They never have change. And their biscuits are... always hard. Bad customer service. Read more
